Values-Based Private Practice Consultation for Therapists and Coaches
As a consultant, I help therapists, coaches, and other service providers reach their most ambitious business goals. If you’re ready to level up your business, you are in the right place.
Before we chat, take a moment to walk through these questions. They will help you understand whether you’d benefit from consultation services.
1. Pursuing opportunities while remaining rooted in your values and principles?
2. Engaging in sustained patterns of action that bring true meaning, vitality, and richness to your life and your work?
3. Balancing competing desires, needs, and beliefs about how to run a successful practice?
4. Willing to forge your own path, embody innovation, and step out of your comfort zone in service of your values?
If you answered “no” to any of these questions, this may be the time to invest in Values-Based Consultation.

Process & Pricing
I offer services to therapists with new or established practices. Whether you are starting from scratch or you’ve already laid the groundwork, you will learn everything you need to know to start, market, level up, and sustain a practice that aligns with your vision and supports your lifestyle.
We’ll Start Here
Before we meet for the first time, you’ll fill out a Private Practice Inventory. This will help you and me determine your needs and provide structure for our Strategy Session. I’ll email you a link to the inventory after you’ve reached out.
The first meeting will last 30 minutes. We will review the Private Practice Inventory, formulate goals, and determine how many sessions you will need. The Strategy Session can be in person, by video, or on the phone.
Then Choose a Plan Built for Your Needs
All sessions are 90 minutes long! Meetings can be conducted in my office in Gig Harbor, WA, through a secure video platform, or by phone. We will discuss pricing packages during our strategy meeting so don’t worry if you’re not sure what you need. It will become clear after you’ve taken the practice inventory, and we’ve discussed your goals.
Because my private therapy practice keeps me pretty busy, between-session support is not provided.
A 9-session commitment is required. Must be used within 9 months.
This is great for you if you have an out-of-the-box practice. If you have tons of goals and ideas, and don’t know where to start, this is a great package for you. This is also well-suited for you if you need a lot of support around money mindset and/or confidence issues.
This option also works well if your practice is well-established but you are making big changes and want ongoing guidance as you implement those changes.
A 6-session commitment is required. Must be used within 6 months.
This is the most popular option. This package is ideal for you if you want to make a large or complex change to your practice, like leaving insurance panels and developing a marketing plan to attract full-fee clients.
A 3-session commitment is required. Must be used within 3 months.
Three sessions is usually just enough time to create a from-scratch plan, like a business or marketing plan, or to strategize a new policy/system in your practice. It is best for practitioners who don’t need support after the planning phase.
For therapists wish to schedule singular meetings to address a specific question or goal. This is best for established practices.
